I have been lucky enough to host a few poetry walks in my area as part of my effort to increase park visitation, species awareness, and overall appreciation for the beauty of the park and all that resides in them. It has been a great privilege to share my writing with my community and with those who are just as passionate about our city and county parks.
Thank you everyone who has taken part in these walks! I hope to continue hosting events like these in the future and continue to be inspired by the nature in our backyards.
